Wind Craft GmbH stands for high­ly spe­cia­li­zed repair solu­ti­ons in the field of gene­ra­tor shaft and bea­ring seat res­to­ra­ti­on sin­ce 2021. As an inno­va­ti­ve com­pa­ny, we have deve­lo­ped our own paten­ted pro­cess that enables the repair of worn bea­ring seats and dama­ged gene­ra­tor shafts direct­ly insi­de the wind tur­bi­ne nacel­le – wit­hout dis­mant­ling major com­pon­ents, wit­hout unneces­sa­ry down­ti­me, and wit­hout the signi­fi­cant cos­ts asso­cia­ted with a major com­po­nent repla­ce­ment.

What star­ted as a tech­ni­cal con­cept has evol­ved into a pro­ven solu­ti­on: more than 100 suc­cessful­ly repai­red units in Ger­ma­ny alo­ne demons­tra­te the qua­li­ty, pre­cis­i­on and relia­bi­li­ty of our work.

Our tech­ni­cal teams ope­ra­te across Euro­pe, repai­ring gene­ra­tor shafts not only in wind tur­bi­nes, but also on ships and in indus­tri­al envi­ron­ments – whe­re­ver the repla­ce­ment of major com­pon­ents is eco­no­mic­al­ly or logi­sti­cal­ly imprac­ti­cal.

Wind Craft GmbH is your spe­cia­list for the repair of gene­ra­tor shafts and worn bea­ring seats in wind tur­bi­nes. Sin­ce our foun­ding in 2021, we have suc­cessful­ly repai­red over 120 wind tur­bi­nes across Ger­ma­ny. Our paten­ted pro­cess enables us to repair gene­ra­tor shafts direct­ly on site insi­de the nacel­le, wit­hout the need to dis­mant­le the enti­re tur­bi­ne. This allows ope­ra­tors to avo­id cos­t­ly and time-con­sum­ing major com­po­nent repla­ce­ments while signi­fi­cant­ly redu­cing down­ti­me. In addi­ti­on to bea­ring seat repair, we also offer pro­fes­sio­nal bea­ring repla­ce­ment ser­vices for wind tur­bi­nes.
